Segundo: Este Tribunal estima que no existe violación del articulo 44 ordinal 1° de la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela Y ASI SE DECIDE Tercero: Se acuerda imponer al imputado la medida cautelar sustitutiva prevista en el ordinal 3° del artículo 256 del Código Orgánico Procesal Pernal.
