TRIBUNAL TERCERO DE JUICIO LOS TEQUES

Este Tribunal Tercero de Juicio del Circuito Judicial Penal de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Miranda con sede en Los Teques, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República y por autoridad de la ley, acuerda la REMISIÓN DE LA PRESENTE CAUSA AL FISCAL SUPERIOR DEL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE ESTA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL Y SEDE EN LOS TEQUES, a los fines que proceda a instar el procedimiento de destrucción de la sustancia estupefaciente incautada, según lo establecido a tal fin mediante sentencia publicada en fecha 25-09-2001 (y aclaratoria de fecha 29-11-2001, expediente N° 01-1116), de la Sala Constitucional del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (caso Nancy Prieto Anes y otros).
