III DECISIÓN Por todos los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, este Tribunal Segundo de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Miranda con sede en Los Teques, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECIDE: PRIMERO: Se acuerda entregar el vehículo solicitado MARCA FORD, MODELO BRONCO, PLACAS 409-XJI, COLOR NEGRO, AÑO 1992, serial de carrocería AJU1NE25858, al ciudadano LEANDRO PEREZ titular de la cédula de identidad N° 6.870.635, Es todo. Se acuerda remitir las actuaciones al Fiscal Tercero del Ministerio Público en su oportunidad legal.
