Los Teques, 10 de SEPTIEMBRE de 2003 III DECISIÓN POr todos los fundamentos de hecho y de derecho anteriormente expuestos, este Tribunal Segundo de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Miranda con sede en Los Teques, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECIDE: PRIMERO: Se niega la entrega del vehículo MARCA: JEEP, TIPO: SPORT WAGON, USO: PARTICULAR, MODELO: WAGONEER LIMITE , AÑO 1992, COLOR: GRIS, SERIAL DE CARROCERIA: 357813, SERIAL DE MOTOR: 6 cilindros, al ciudadano FREDDY RAFAEL MATOS, titular de la cédula de identidad N° 8.682.751. SEGUNDO: Se acuerda remitir las actuaciones al Fiscal Auxiliar Segundo del Ministerio Público en su oportunidad legal. Quedan las partes notificadas. EL JUEZ DR.
