JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA.- Los Teques, veintidos (22) de abril de dos mil cuatro (2004).- 194º y 145º Visto el escrito de pruebas, presentado en fecha 01 de abril del 2004, por las abogadas ROSANGELA DE MATTEO Y ALOYSIA PEÑA, inscritas en el Inpreabogado bajo los N° 66.820 y 12860, respectivamente, actuando en su carácter de apoderada judicial de la parte actora, el Tribunal ordena agregarlas a los autos y por cuanto las mismas no son manifiestamente ilegales ni impertinentes, SE ADMITEN dichas pruebas cuanto ha lugar en derecho salvo su apreciación o no en la definitiva.
