Ocumare del Tuy, Seis (06) de Octubre de dos mil cuatro (2.004). 194° y 145° Por recibido el presente Exhorto procedente del Juzgado Tercero de Primera Instancia en lo Civil, Mercantil y del Tránsito de la Circunscripción Judicial del Área Metropolitana de Caracas, contentivo de la solicitud de INSPECCION JUDICIAL, promovido en el escrito de pruebas por los abogados ANTONIO J. BRANDO C, FEDERICA ALCALÁ S, CARLOS L. PETIT, y MIGUEL A. GALINDEZ, Inpreabogados Nos, 12.710, 101.708, 86.686 y 90759, respectivamente, Apoderados Judiciales de la FUNDACION VIVIENDA DISTRITO METROPOLITANO DE CARACS, (FUNVI-D.M.C), parte actora en el juicio que por CUMPLIMIENTO DE CONTRATO sigue contra la CONSTRUCTORA PARAGUACHI, el cual cursa en el expediente signado con el N° 24.728, nomenclatura de ese tribunal.
