ESTE TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN FUNCIONES DE CONTROL DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL PENAL DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO MIRANDA CON SEDE EN LA CIUDAD DE LOS TEQUES, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECRETA el cese de las presentaciones de los ciudadanos MIGUEL EDUARDO CHAPARRO Y JESUS RAFAEL CALDERON ACOSTA, ante este Tribunal Primero de Primera Instancia en funciones de Control del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Miranda con sede en la ciudad de Los Teques y se ordena colocar la nota respectiva en el libro de presentaciones en los folios 63 y 93, todo ello en virtud de que han cumplido a cabalidad con sus respectivas presentaciones. Regístrese, Diarícese, Publíquese, déjese copia y notifíquese a las partes.
