Fue recibido ante este Tribunal Superior expediente por motivo de Amparo Constitucional, se le dio entrada quedando anotado bajo en N° 06-6199 y conforme al articulo 35 de la Ley Organica de Amparo Sobre Derechos y Garantias Constitucionales, se fijan treinta (30) días para dictar sentencia.
