Se practico el cómputo por secretaria desde el día 29-09-2010 exclusive, hasta el día 18-10-2010 inclusive, transcurriendo diez (10) días de despacho, posteriormente se ordeno remitir el expediente al Tribunal Segundo de Primera Instancia, con oficio Nº 800.
