Los Teques, 11 de junio de 2013 202º y 153º ASUNTO: JMS1-S-9876-13 SOLICITANTE: IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA MOTIVO: DECLARACIÓN DE ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS. I Se inició el presente asunto el 29/04/2013, vista la solicitud de declaración de únicos y universales herederos formulada a favor de sus hijos, ciudadano IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, la ciudadana IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA y las adolescentes IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, respectivamente, de veintiún (21), veinte (20), diecisiete (17) y diecisiete (17) años de edad, celebrándose la audiencia única de Jurisdicción Voluntaria el día de hoy. II Ahora bien, con las testimoniales rendidas por las ciudadanas IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, e igualmente, que dejó como únicos y universales herederos a sus hijos, ciudadano IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, la ciudadana IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA y las adolescentes IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, respectivamente, de veintiún (21), veinte (20), diecisiete (17) y diecisiete (17) años de edad, y a su cónyuge IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA , considerando suficientes los recaudos presentados por la solicitante y que fueran incorporados por lectura en la audiencia, consistentes en copias del acta de defunción de quien en vida respondiera al nombre de IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, acta de matrimonio y partida de nacimiento de sus hijas anteriormente referidas, por lo que resulta procedente y ajustado a derecho, conforme al artículo 937 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, DECLARAR ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS del fallecido IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, quien en vida fuera titular de la cédula de identidad No IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, a sus hijos ciudadano IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, la ciudadana IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA y las adolescentes IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, respectivamente, y a su cónyuge IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA III En fuerza de las consideraciones que preceden, este TRIBUNAL PRIMERO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE MEDIACIÓN Y SUSTANCIACIÓN DE PROTECCIÓN DE NIÑOS, NIÑAS Y ADOLESCENTES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA CON SEDE EN LOS TEQUES, administrando justicia en nombre de la República y por autoridad de la ley, DECLARA ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS del fallecido IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, quien en vida fuera titular de la cédula de identidad No IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, fallecido a sus hijos, ciudadano IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, la ciudadana IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titular de la cedula de identidad Nº IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA y las adolescentes IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, titulares de las cedulas de identidad N° IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, respectivamente, y a su cónyuge IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad No. IDENTIDAD OMITIDA CONFORME A LOS PREVISTO EN EL ARTICULO 65 PARAGRAFO SEGUNDO DE LA LOPNNA.
