REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO (2º) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS PLAZA Y ZAMORA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA Guatire, catorce (14) de agosto de 2025. 215° y 166 Expediente N° S-246-25.- Vista la solicitud que antecede y la justificación promovida y evacuada al efecto, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 936 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara como ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS de los De Cujus MARIA JOSEFA ZAMBARNO DE CORONEL y DAVID CORONEL RODRIGUEZ, quienes en vida fueran titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V.-3.429.624 y V.-2.890.664, a sus Hijos los ciudadanos DAICY COROMOTO CORONEL ZAMBRANO, LEIDDY MARISEL CORONEL ZAMBRANO, DAVID ALEJANDRO CORONEL ZAMBRANO y LUIS FERNANDO CORONEL ZAMBRANO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V.-12.064.867, V.-11.438.325, V.-13.691.261 y V.-15.039.846, respectivamente. Se acuerda dejar copia certificada del presente decreto en el archivo de este Circuito Judicial de conformidad con los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, Devuélvase las presentes actuaciones en original a los interesados.
