REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO (2º) DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS PLAZA Y ZAMORA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA Guatire, dieciséis (16) de julio de 2025. 215° y 166° Expediente N° S-244-25.- Vista la solicitud que antecede y la justificación promovida y evacuada al efecto, este Tribunal sin perjuicio de terceros de igual o mejor derecho, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 936 y siguientes del Código de Procedimiento Civil, declara como ÚNICOS Y UNIVERSALES HEREDEROS de los De Cujus ISABEL MARTINEZ DE CAMPILONGO y JOSE CAMPILONGO CAPOZZOLI, quienes en vida fueran titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros. V.-2.081.565 y V.-6.912.584, a sus Nietos los ciudadanos CLARA VANESSA ROTUNNO CAMPILONGO y GIANCARLO JOSE ALFONSO ROTUNNO CAMPILONGO, venezolanos, mayores de edad, titulares de las cédulas de identidad Nros V.-16.462.986 y V.-14.889.903, respectivamente, en su carácter de herederos de quien en vida llevara por nombre CLARA ROSALIA CAMPILONGO MARTINEZ, y fuera titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V.- 3.186.361. Se acuerda dejar copia certificada del presente decreto en el archivo de este Circuito Judicial de conformidad con los artículos 111 y 112 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, Devuélvase las presentes actuaciones en original a los interesados.
