Este TRIBUNAL CUARTO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS SAN CRISTÓBAL Y TORBES DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO TÁCHIRA, Administrando Justicia en nombre de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley emite los siguientes pronunciamientos: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda de Desalojo de local comercial, interpuesta por las ciudadanas ROSARITO VELASCO DE MARQUEZ, LORENA MARQUEZ VELASCO, CLAUDIA TERESA MARQUEZ VELASCO, MARIA ELISA MARQUEZ DE RODRIGUEZ Y ADRIANA MARQUEZ VELASCO, titulares de las cédulas de identidad N° V-286.728, V-5.665.213, V-10.172.061, V-5.652.558 y V-5.665.951, quienes actúan en nombre propio, en contra de la SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL FARMACIA TÁCHIRA EXPRESS C.A., inscrita el 29 de junio de 2012 por ante el Registro Mercantil Tercero de la Circunscripción Judicial del Estado Táchira, bajo el N° 11, Tomo 26-A RM 445, representada por la ciudadana SOVEY IBELCI DEL SOCORRO VIVAS DE RAMIREZ, titular de la c.....
