Este Tribunal de Primera Instancia en Funciones de Juicio Mixto Número Dos del Circuito Judicial Penal del Estado Táchira ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECIDE: PRIMERO: DECRETA LA EXTINCION DE LA ACCION PENAL, de conformidad con el artículo 48 ordinal 8 del Código Orgánico Procesal Penal en concordancia con el artículo 108 ordinal 6 del Código Penal y decretar el SOBRESEIMIENTO DE LA CAUSA, seguida a JOSE ALBERTO RAMIREZ RAMIREZ, por el delito de LESIONES PERSONALES INTENCIONALES LEVES CALIFICADAS, previsto y sancionado en el artículo 418 en concordancia con el artículo 420, ambos del Código Penal, de conformidad con el artículo 318 ordinal 3 en concordancia con el artículo 322 ejusdem.
