DECIDE: PRIMERO: DECLARA PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR LA DEMANDA QUE POR RESOLUCIÓN DE CONTRATO, interpuso la ciudadana ELIA BLANCO DURAN, a través de sus apoderados CARLOS ARTURO UTRERA RAMÍREZ y CARLOS MIGUEL UTRERA HERNÁNDEZ, en contra de LA SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL "LACOR C.A." representada por su Presidente EDGAR ENRIQUE LAGUADO SILVA, ambas partes suficientemente identificadas en la presente decisión. SEGUNDO: Se ORDENA a LA SOCIEDAD MERCANTIL "LACOR C.A." representada por su Presidente EDGAR ENRIQUE LAGUADO SILVA, entregar a la demandante ELIA BLANCO DURAN el inmueble objeto de la presente acción completamente desocupado. TERCERO: No hay condenatoria en costas por no haber resultado la parte demandada totalmente vencida.
