DECRETA dichas actuaciones TÍTULO SUPLETORIO SUFICIENTE DE PROPIEDAD, a favor del ciudadano LUIS ARMANDO RAMIREZ URBINA, venezolana, mayor de edad y titular de la Cédula de IdentidadNº V-5.976.028, de unas bienhechurías construidas sobre un lote de terreno propiedad MUNICIPAL, el cual tiene una superficie de CIENTO DIEZ METROS CUADRADOS CON CUARENTA Y DOS CENTIMETROS (110,42 MTS2), ubicado en: Sector El Ventorrillo, Calle Los Pino Nº 05, Parroquia San Pedro, Municipio Guaicaipuro del estado Bolivariano de Miranda; dichas bienhechurías tienen un área de construcción de SETENTA METROS CUADRADOS CON CUARENTA Y TRES CENTIMETROS (70.43 MTS2); cuyos linderos, medidas y demás determinaciones se identifican plenamente en la solicitud, la cual fue redactada por las abogadas CARMEN ZOBEIDA MOSQUERA BERRIOS e INES MARGARITA LAGUNA ANGEL, inscritas en el inpreabogado bajo los Nros 57.767 y 54.972, respectivamente
