declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la demanda por accidente de trabajo, interpuesta por el ciudadano IVAN R FARIAS M en contra de INDUSTRIAS DRIJA C.A., ambas partes identificadas en actas SEGUNDO: se ORDENA a la parte Demandada, INDUSTRIAS DRIJA C.A., cancelar al ciudadano IVAN R FARIAS M , la cantidad de: TREINTA Y SIETE MILLONES TRECIENTOS SETENTA Y DOS MIL NOVECIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES BOLIVARES CON CINCUENTA CÉNTIMOS (Bs. 37.372.963,50) Desglosada de la siguiente manera: SIETE MILLONES TRECIENTOS SETENTA Y DOS MIL NOVECIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES BOLIVARES CON CINCUENTA CÉNTIMOS ( Bs. 7.372.963,50) de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo Numeral 3°, Parágrafo Segundo del Artículo 33 de la Ley Orgánica de Prevención, Condiciones y Medio Ambiente del Trabajo y la cantidad de TREINTA MILLONES DE BOLIVARES (Bs.: 30.000.000,oo) por concepto de Indemnización por Daño Moral; para un total de TREINTA Y SIETE MILLONES TRECIENTOS SETENTA Y DOS MIL NOVECIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES .....
