IV.- DECISIÓN. A la luz de los razonamientos antes expuestos, este JUZGADO SUPERIOR SEGUNDO EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL, TRÁNSITO Y BANCARIO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, y por autoridad de la Ley; DECLARA: PRIMERO: SIN LUGAR la apelación interpuesta por el abogado FELIPE NARCISO HERNANDEZ APONTE, inscrito en Instituto de Previsión Social del Abogado (I.P.S.A.) bajo el N.º 37.009, en su condición de apoderado judicial de la parte actora, ciudadanos ÁLVARO IGNACIO HERNÁNDEZ ALFONZO, ERICKA SOLANGE ALFONSO MEDINA y LUIS RAFAEL CARDOZO ALFONZO, venezolanos, mayores de edad e identificados con la cédula V-13.321.438, V-12.828.410 y V-16.821.519, respectivamente, el 14/05/2025, en contra de la sentencia proferida por el JUZGADO CUARTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO CIVIL, MERCANTIL Y DEL TRANSITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA, el 07/05/2025; SEGUNDO: IN.....
