Por todas las consideraciones anteriores y siendo suficiente los documentos aportados, este TRIBUNAL SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DE LOS MUNICIPIOS CRISTOBAL ROJAS Y URDANETA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCION JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVARIANO DE MIRANDA CON SEDE EN CUA, administrando justicia en nombre de la REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA y por autoridad de la ley, DECLARA: PRIMERO: LA HOMOLOGACION DE LA PARTICIÓN Y/O LIQUIDACIÓN POR MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO DE LOS BIENES DE LA COMUNIDAD CONYUGAL existentes entre los ciudadanos ROMER JAVIER MALAVE HERNANDEZ y YELITZA MERCEDES HERNANDEZ BARRAEZ, venezolanos, mayores de edad y titulares de las cedulas de identidad Nros.
